1. ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP
THE PRINTER NEVER STOPS is a self-paced online apprenticeship in the art of Printing Reality.
The apprenticeship includes approximately 50 cinematic video transmissions, innovative creative missions, notes from The Printer's Manual, healing activations, and accompanying materials.
The apprenticeship is delivered digitally through Squarespace Courses or another platform designated by the provider.
2. PURCHASE & ACCESS
Enrollment is available through a one-time payment at the price displayed during checkout.
Your purchase grants you individual, non-transferable access to the apprenticeship. No recurring subscription fees apply unless you separately agree to another offering.
Access instructions are provided following successful payment.
3. LIFETIME ACCESS
Your purchase includes ongoing access to THE PRINTER NEVER STOPS without recurring subscription fees.
The apprenticeship is currently delivered through Squarespace Courses. We may update its content or move it to another platform, in which case we will provide instructions for continuing your access.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the apprenticeship as an actively maintained offering, rather than the lifetime of any particular hosting platform.
If the apprenticeship is permanently discontinued, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible and honor any applicable consumer rights.
4. PERSONAL USE & COPYRIGHT
All original videos, music, written materials, graphics, and creative exercises are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you permission to access and use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share the course materials or your account access without prior written permission.
5. REFUNDS & WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. All applicable statutory consumer rights remain protected.
Where applicable under consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email theprinterneverstops@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires, providing your name, purchase email address, and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
For certain immediately supplied digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins, but only if all legally required conditions have been met, including prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation.
Purchasing the apprenticeship or accepting these terms does not automatically remove your statutory withdrawal rights.
Where a withdrawal refund is legally due, we will reimburse the payment within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without imposing a refund fee.

The apprenticeship provides creative, educational, and reflective practices intended to support personal exploration and development.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. No particular financial, professional, romantic, health-related, or other personal result is guaranteed.
The apprenticeship is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
7. TECHNICAL ACCESS & SUPPORT
Access requires a compatible device, an internet connection, and the ability to use the course platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical difficulties.
We will take reasonable steps to address access issues within our control and help customers obtain the digital content and services to which they are entitled.

8. CHANGES TO THE APPRENTICESHIP
We may improve, update, reorganize, or expand the apprenticeship over time.
